Sporting Spirit will be running two weeks of free activities at the WCA centre, for children aged 5-11 who are eligible for free school meals. The activities will run Monday 8th August – Friday 12th August (excluding Wednesday) and Monday 15th August – Friday 19th August (excluding Wednesday), with the activities taking place from 10:00am – 2:00pm each day.
Activities for the children to take part in will include all of your child’s favourite sports such as football, basketball, cricket and additional sports such as soft archery, dodgeball and other sports. There will also be arts and crafts on a daily basis. Lunch will be provided every day for your child. The final day of the week will have an organisation come in to do an art workshop and another organisation come in with some sports inflatables (weather permitting).
